How long will it take to receive my overland gear?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though oversized items like roof top tents may require freight shipping and additional transit time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. For international inquiries regarding specific recovery gear or accessories, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
We accept returns on new, uninstalled, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Once a part has been installed or modified on a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and liability standards.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold by NH Overland carry the full manufacturer's warranty. We only partner with reputable brands to ensure your gear stands up to the rigors of off-road use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get you on the trail faster. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an item has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be canceled.
Do you offer technical support for installation?
While we do not provide hands-on installation services, our team of experts is available via email to provide guidance, torque specs, and troubleshooting tips for any gear purchased through our store.
