At NH Overland, we want to ensure your vehicle is equipped with the best gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included in new, uninstalled condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
